Hi Mark and Fi,
I will call you this week to say thank you but I wanted to try and put into words my gratitude for not only providing delicious pizzas but for your generosity as you helped us raise over £250 from pizza sales alone – thank you!! In total we raised £1500 from a fabulous evening of fun and laughter!
Fi you were amazing, I’ve lost count of how many people commented on how great the pizzas were, loads of people commented on how incredible you were to be doing everything on your own, but my favourite comments were about your laid back and friendly attitude – people loved how relaxed and adaptable you were!
Thank you both as you made a positive impact to our event on Friday and your generosity has made a difference to our charity – thank you so much!

Hello Mark and Fi,
We wanted to send you a massive thank you for helping us kick off the wedding weekend with all our guests on the Friday night at North Cadbury Court back at the beginning of August with your delicious pizzas.
You were so friendly and efficient, and it helped so much that you know the venue inside out so could set up so smoothly down by the Yacht Club without us having to worry about a thing.
The pizzas were so tasty and really generous portions to go round, and everyone with dietary requirements felt so well catered for instead of an afterthought.
It was brilliant to work with you – attaching some pictures of happy customers!

We just wanted to say a huge thank you for providing our catering at our wedding reception on Saturday.
Everyone said how beautiful the pizzas were and of such good quality.
We wanted an informal party where people would get good food and they wouldn’t be hungry two hours later, and this did the trick!!!
Thank you, we would highly recommend you to anyone looking for catering that is a bit different, but ensures guests are well fed and soak up some of the alcohol!
Everything from the tasting session last year, to communication right up to the day was excellent and with all the stress a DIY wedding brings, one thing I knew is I didn’t have to worry about the catering!

Canapes, BBQ and salads and evening pizzas – July 2023
We had a birthday/wedding anniversary celebration this weekend and ethic Street pizza did the catering. All the way through from booking to the actual day went extremely smoothly. Mark and Fi were very professional. The food is well priced and we had the pizzas and side salads. The pizzas are amazing. All of my guests complimented me on the delicious food. Mark and Fi did a fantastic job, keeping everyone well fed, including my dairy free and gluten free guests. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I chose your company over others as your web site was the most comprehensive and informative. The other selling point was you supplied a salad and pasta etc with the pizza’s rather than a desert. I think this works very well as there was something savoury for everyone.

‘Mark and team catered a work event for us at FiveRivers. Right from initial contact to on the day, they were great. They catered for a few dietaries with ease. The pizza (and salads) were amazing and everyone was pleased. Would 100% recommend.’

‘Mark and Fi make truly memorable pizza. We hired them for an event we planned to run without even trying it simply due to the fantastic reviews they had been given.
They insisted we come and sample some of their pizza and worked hard to make sure we could find a date where we could go and see their team and sample their amazing products and it became apparent why. The standard is unbelievable and the choice and selection equally as incredible. The only downside to the fantastic sampling was having to wait six months for our event to take place. Not a day went by where I didn’t think about it!
When the event did come, we got to see how good the Ethic Street Pizza team were with our guests. They are relaxed, accommodating and entertaining. Despite being a freezing December evening many of our guests were willing to brave the cold to stand by their impressive wood fire oven simply to be the first when a new combination was ready.
Mark and Fi run a superb business and I’m looking forward to going to find them at various events through the summer as well as hire them for future events.’

‘Dear Mark and Fi – it’s hard to know where to start in thanking you for an amazing experience last Tuesday evening. Having sampled your pizzas at Martock, John and I knew the food would be delicious, but an evening with Ethic Street Pizza is so much more than excellent pizza.
For some of the small children present, this was the highlight of our week together. Fi’s pizza masterclass was brilliant: she was so gentle and patient with the children, especially the shy ones, and they were beyond thrilled to be able to make and top their very own pizzas. The adults loved being able to customise their pizzas, too, and appreciated Mark’s humorous approach.
Despite the stress of being delayed by traffic, you were cool and calm, and created a lovely fun atmosphere. The pizzas were of course first-class, as were the salads and puddings. I was besieged with requests for Fi’s chocolate orange cheesecake recipe, and thank you for sending it to me.
I’m tempted to plan another party purely so we can invite you guys again. I loved the fact that Ethic Street Pizza isn’t just great food, it’s an occasion in itself – I’d thoroughly recommend you for any celebration or event. Thank you so much for helping to make John’s birthday a wonderful, happy and enjoyable occasion.’
